Our factory offers the latest manufacturing technologies, including advanced laser-guided surface mount and axial/radial component placement machinery, reflow ovens and wave-soldering equipment.

We are able to offer a lead-free manufacturing solution.

• In-house Design

Our engineering staff are able to provide a complete electronic and mechanical design solution for analogue and digital products with rapid turn-around. Facilities include single or multi-layer PCB layout, prototype provision and compliance testing.

• Materials procurement and supply

Exicom can source high quality components and hardware from a range of local and international suppliers at very competitive prices. This is especially advantageous for clients requiring the purchase or use of SMD components that are purchased in bulk quantities.

• Packaging and Shipping

Exicom can arrange to package and deliver manufactured product directly to national or international destinations, removing the expense and delay incurred through double-handling of material.
